Natalie dormer

 

Natalie Dormer, born 11 February 1982 was an English actress from England. She has been awarded an Empire Award and been nominated for two Gemini Awards, two Critics Choice Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in Reading (Berkshire) and made her TV debut as Anne Boleyn on the Showtime series The Tudors. This role earned her widespread praise. In Sweet Nothings (2010), she made her stage debut and was also the Duchess Of York in Madonna's W.E. (2011), Private Lorraine in Captain America The First Avenger (2011). After Miss Julie (2012), at the Young Vic, was highly appreciated. Dormer earned international attention and acclaim for playing Margaery Tyrell in the HBO series Game of Thrones (2012-2016) and Cressida in the last two segments of The Hunger Games franchise (2014-2015) that are the highest-grossing of her films. She has also portrayed Irene Adler/Moriarty for the CBS series Elementary (2013-15), Sara Price Jess Price in The Forest (2016) and also voiced Onica in the TV series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2019). Her character in Penny Dreadful: City of Angels which was a miniseries based on Penny Dreadful, was highly praised. Dormer was born in Reading (Berkshire), England on 11 February 1982. She is the daughter of Gary Dormer, Claire Richards and Samantha Dormer.
