She also covered lifestyle, entertainment and other issues as Special Assignment Reporter for three days per week while working in Boston. Her previous position was as the weekend meteorologist at WFOR-TV, Miami. She was a meteorologist as well as journalist for News 12 Long Island, an all-day, 24-hour cable news network. WXII TV is the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem which is located in North Carolina. It was also her job to frequently replacement for The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
